These are some of our favorite headers to install on any vehicle, simply because if they’re called Kooks, you know they’re going to fit great! Made of extremely high quality stainless steel, every set of Kooks Custom Headers comes with venturi collectors and everything you need to install them. Headers are made of Stainless Steel with 02 Fittings and Stamped Merge Collectors. We offer the Kooks LS Corvette Headers in 1 7/8″, and we offer the connection pipes in green catted, or off road. You also can add OEM GM Exhaust Manifold Gaskets (recommended). Please note, you will also want to run aftermarket plug wires that either have a 45 degree spark plug boot, or the MSD wires which have bendable bottoms. Check out our ignition wire offerings here!

1 3/8 headers with off road X pipe sounds amazing through the stock NPP Corvette mufflers. The fit is perefect, and the kit includes everything you need for the install. The instructions say you need to get the car 24″ off the ground for installation, but I was able to install them with 18.5″ and I had plenty of room.
