Please include info on your heads, i.e. 243 casting, ported/polished, etc.
How many thousandths from closed does it take to hit a flat surface that the heads are sitting on. OR, assembled method, how many thousandths from closed does it take to hit the piston at top dead center. Please let us know which method you are using to measure, (i.e. assembled method or to deck height method. Also need to know if you measured vertical from deck plane, or by lift).
