It hadn’t been long at all since we last saw this car – check it out in this build blog HERE! Previously, it was in for a 545 cam, ending up at 467 rwhp & 433 ft/lbs. Its other modifications included a Rotofab Intake, and Kooks headers with stock exhaust.
This go-round, we looked to a power adder – a Magnacharger TVS 2300. We changed the rear pullies to a cog driven set up, for better traction. We added necessary fuel with Fuel Injector Connection 850cc injectors, and an MSD boost a pump as well.
We also replaced the weak stock exhaust with a full Kooks catted set up which offered much better sound and flow!
To monitor AFR and boost, we installed Autometer Sport Comp II gauges on the pillar. These great looking gauges work excellent and blend in nicely with the stock gauges as well.
We also installed our new catch can kit to trap any oil that may have otherwise been ingested. At 12 lbs of boost, this car put down 690 rwhp & 677 ft/lbs of tq!
