One of the best feelings in the hotrod industry is having a long-time returning customer! We’ve been working on this car since 2011. A hard-ridden track mule/day-tripper, this GTO was due for a rebuild after a solid 215,000 miles of racetrack and street performance. Even with a Magnacharger and a cam all of those years – there were still no major failures! This time around we went with a 364ci forged shortblock from Golen Engines. We spruced up the valvetrain with new Johnson Lifters, and cut a fresh High Lift Stealth Cam. We enlisted Advanced Induction to port and polish the heads to a 232cc package for added power. Final numbers ended up at 561rwhp & 563 ft/lbs tq!
